Accessibility
How we make Apartic Studio usable for people who use assistive tools, what still needs work, and how to tell us about a problem.
Last updated October 6, 2026
Our goal
Apartic Studio is run by Apartic LLC. We want apartic.ai and the studio app to work for people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, voice control, magnification, a switch or other assistive tools.
The standard we work to is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. Today we meet most of it, not all of it. In the words the W3C uses, the studio is partially conformant. The parts that still need work are listed below.
What we built
We built apartic.ai and the studio so that:
- Every page has a language, a title, one main heading, and landmarks. A link at the top skips straight to the main content.
- Every control can be reached and used with a keyboard, and the control you are on shows a visible outline.
- Form fields have labels, and buttons that show only an icon have a name a screen reader reads out.
- Text is dark enough against its background, and links inside a sentence are underlined, so color is never the only cue.
- Pictures on our pages that carry meaning have a text description. Pictures that only decorate are hidden from screen readers.
- If your device is set to reduce motion, our animations and loaders stop. The how it works video has captions on screen and a pause button.
- Pages work when you zoom to 200 percent, and on a phone.
- Signing in uses a code we email or text you, not a picture puzzle. You can paste the code.
We test for each of these on every release, with an automated checker and by hand. If you find a place where one of them fails, that is a bug, and we want to hear about it.
What still needs work
These are the gaps we know about from our own testing. We are working on them.
- The ads we make are pictures. Right now the text description of an ad is its headline and size, not a description of the scene. In the meantime, ask us and we will send you a written description of any ad you ordered.
- Screens that show many of your pictures at once (for example the order screens built from your photos and website) are harder to use with a screen reader than the rest of the app. In the meantime, tell us which step is hard and we will get you through it in writing.
Tools from other companies
The card form (Stripe) and Google sign in are built by those companies, not by us. We chose tools that publish their own accessibility work, but we cannot change how they are built. If one of them blocks you, tell us and we will find another way to get you through that step.
Tell us about a problem
If something on Apartic Studio is hard or impossible for you to use, tell us through our contact page. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the device or assistive tool you use.
We aim to answer within three business days. If a page blocks you, we will work with you to find another way to get you what you need. We work in writing, by email.
How we check
We last reviewed this page on October 6, 2026. Our checks so far are our own: an automated accessibility checker (axe) on every page, re run whenever a page changes, plus a keyboard, zoom, screen reader and reduced motion review by us. We have not yet had an outside expert or a group of assistive technology users audit the studio; we plan to as the studio grows. We update this page when we fix a gap or find a new one, and we review it at least once a year.
About this page
This page describes our goals and our work so far. It is information, not part of our Terms, and it is not a guarantee about any one page or feature. The studio changes often, and this page is updated to follow it.
